The staff were warm and professional, very patient and worked very hard to make sure we enjoyed our stay. We went in very early June so the mosquitos were absent generally which was good. Also good were the quiet roads and the many walking paths near the hotel. The food was very good although as the menu doesn't change much we think it caters for guests who stayed for a night or two rather than for longer, we stayed five nights. Breakfasts, buffet style, were excellent.

Our serene warm comfortable room contrasted with a mesmerising view of the wildly tumbling Arctic river, Juutuanjoki - such infectious enthusiasm!! We came in May and would love to come back at another time just to see what it gets upto in other seasons! Easy walking distance of the excellent Siida museum and the village and the trail upto the rapids upstream.

A beautiful hotel in a beautiful area. The food is absolutely amazing, the staff extremely kind and the tours really good organised. We came with our 1 year old daughter and had a few requests and the staff made everything possible. They answered every email right away and made sure we had a lovely stay. The hotel is surrounded by beautiful nature and we were lucky and saw the amazing aurora lights every night! One night they were so strong, that we could even see them from our bedroom. We had a sauna in our room and it was easy to use. We can recommend the hotel to everyone who wants an authentic (and very delicious) trip to Lapland.

The room was a lot larger than I expected and very comfortable. Also the room was quiet, even though one night there was a loud party going on pretty much next door in the same building (which I only noticed when I was actually outside the building). The breakfast buffet was also good with a large selection.

Great Service attitude, well appointed rooms and very nice dining experience. Overall ambience was really great with the scenic views. Staff were friendly and menu offerings are quite intriguing.

The location is really good! And the restaurant is also good! With local fish and good wine recommendations! The deserts are pretty good!

I'd come again hundred times! We loved the restaurant (a little expensive and they should make bigger portions, but it was super) where we had dinner once. Breakfast was the best ever! So many choices and a very high-quality level. Our room was nice, bathroom was not that big, especially shower, but had all the necessery. Very well-located. The position was great, and we could spot aurora on the river just behind the hotel. Staff was very kind and helpful. Bed was super comfortable.

Wilderness Hotel Juutua is close to the centre of Inari, but still having a ‘nature’ feeling, located nicely along a river, just next to the Sami parliament and close to the Siida museum. The restaurant is amazing, including great breakfast. We also booked a snowmobile excursion; everything organised well and we had a great time. The hotel facilities are pretty outdated and the rooms are small; its waiting for an update.
